  • This hotel was terrible other than a bed for the night. Traveled here out of state, hotel advertised as close to Heinz Field. Completely false advertising!!!! Once here you take shuttle from hotel to game, and they fail to tell you it's not all the way to field either....its "most" of the way. They drop you off at the ferry, which they do not tell you when they offer free shuttle to game on website..... and you pay the fee to get across the river to get to game. Now it's time to go home, and they don't have a taxi service they use to get us back to airport. Unbelievable!
