  • I wish I could give a negative amount of stars. I have to take a drug test for school, so obviously, I was notified of this without warning and I have a very small window to get this completed. The phone number for the lab only plays a recording, and therefore, does not give the option to schedule an appointment by phone. You can schedule an appointment online, but given that I was notified of the drug screening at the last minute, there were no available appointments online. I drove to the lab with the hopes of being taken as a walk-in and arrived before their cutoff time of 3:30 for drug screenings. They were understaffed and turned a large number of people away. To add insult to injury, they did not make this announcement until 4:30, so some people had literally been waiting for over 2 hours! I have NEVER encountered a business with such ridiculous hours, unprofessional staff, and complete lack of service.
