  • I moved into this place in March. After signing my contract which is a binding document they raised my rent. Three months later they want to charge now for water and trash hence raising rent again. That lasted a month. Guess that pissed enough people off. I was never reimbursed after paying the 55.00 up charge. The place is always covered in trash. You can't use your dishwasher unless you open your fridge. They don't tell you that on the walk through. And now after the holiday I'm paying a late fee because they were closed and I was not able to drop off my check. There is no drop box for "safety purposes". There was a line of un happy people outside they just shrug there shoulders like always. With this smug look. Ohh, I almost forgot after moving in I brought the little things you see after you move in to there attention so I would not be charged and or blamed later for it. They fixed one three months later.
