  • Here's the thing. I own these shoes. Love the designer, HATED employees here. We were on our way to the gym so yes I wasn't all dolled up, but they treated us like we had NO business to be in there. Makes me want to not own these shoes anymore if this is how the staff will treat people. HELLOOOOOO you are in the Forum not on Rodeo Drive, if you are judging your customers as soon as they walk through the door you will lose a lot of business.
