Ok, so I shattered my back window. Every single glass repair place in LV is apparently closed on Sunday, so I immediately set up online appointments with two major glass repair places. (You'll find that very few of these places offer online appointment bookings). Both of those major companies quoted me $280 if I wanted mobile service and about $250 if I brought the car in myself. Then I printed out five different local glass repair places that DID NOT have online booking. First thing monday morning, I started calling around to these other shops. I stopped after calling Dealer Auto Glass because their customer service on the phone was very professional, and the price was MUCH MUCH lower than what those other companies had quoted me. I didn't see many reviews of this place, but it's ok- I'm old school. I grew up in the time when adults could make decisions based on their gut and not by reading twenty fake reviews on yelp. So, I went with Dealer Auto Glass and cancelled my other bookings. The guy who showed up was courteous and worked quickly. They came to my work. Had it all done in about thirty minutes. When I got off work, I got into my car and drove home. It was as simple as that. One thing the operators didn't mention is that you have to be near a power outlet at your job so that the tech can plug in his vacuum. But after I got that all sorted, I was in good shape. Very professional company and easy to work with. Oh, and like I said- they had the best price.
