3 separate visits in the last few months have been plagued with the worst service ever. Starting to think they have lowered their hiring standards. I dread returning things here. The customer service reps. Are always too busy openly discussing their annoyance with having to assist anyone. You have to wait out until they are done to be acknowledged. They treat you like you are stupid and argue with their customers. I have had this happen 3 different times including an issue with signs posted for a $5 gift card if you buy 3 items all over multiple shelves of the same products that wasn't programed into their register software. They told me I was wrong and dismissed me. They didn't want to help me even after I walked the store and pulled the tag and brought it back to them. They were mad and complaining that "now they have to pull down the sign. I dismissed this behavior at the time thinking maybe "they" meaning 4 different associates had a busy or hard day. I am sad that this is the new normal for this store. I thought about putting names in this post but really what's the point? It's too bad we overlook the kind and helpful few who don't deserve this kind of honesty about the majority.
