  • Unbelievably useless. I should have read the yelp reviews before we came. I run a business with a 5 star rating and I'm amazed that a location like this exists. Without the corporate backing this place would starve. The manager Yasmin looks at customers as an inconvenience to her and could care less if a problem gets resolved or not. This was an absolutely disgusting display of apathy and complete disregard of basic rules of customer service. I'll be breaking my contract tomorrow after a 1 and a half month run. Thanks for the reminder of "how not to run a business".
