Online check-in doesn't speed anything up. I've been waiting for more than an hour and still haven't seen a provider. Plus, the front desk staff acted like every interaction was an inconvenience. So far, I'm not impressed whatsoever.
Update: finally spoke to a provider and received such a lack of care I left in tears. Nobody seemed interested to find out why I've been in pain for three days. I'm not asking anyone to go full House M.D. on this case, but there was no curiosity whatsoever and it felt like I was an inconvenience to the provider. If you want to be heard, cared for, and leave with a solution, you should definitely go somewhere else.
