Worst customer experience ever! My husband and I purchased a 30 minute travel experience on Groupon and came to redeem it today. The gentlemen who was working was an elder man with sunglasses and a gold chain (didn't catch his name) and he quickly set us up in the chairs, threw the head gear on us and then proceeded to hand us the controller and head set (mind you.. you can't see a thing while he head gear is on) he was getting frustrated when we were unable to see or "grasp" the controller. He was telling me to open the file, which was not working because my controller was not working. I must have told him a million times "sir the controller isn't working" and he just used his mouse to set everything up. I then called for him politely to tell him that everything I see is blurry.. it's been running for 7 minutes now still blurry.. and he said "can't me, do you wear glasses?". And no I don't wear glasses. My husband was complaining about blurriness as well, and instead of trying to trouble shoot, he opened 'paint brush' for my husband. I'm sorry about we are not artists nor did we pay for painting experience (which was nothing compared to the travel". I was standing right next to my husband when he said it was blurry again and the gentleman that works there bluntly said word for word "clearly this isn't working for you guys im just going to give you the money back". He proceeded to tell us there is nothing wrong with the machines, "this never happened before" and it's "just you two. No apologies, no trouble shooting, rushing us and our experience which we decided to stop and do while we were shopping for gifts for friends back home in NYC... thanks VR Phx for the awful experience. We were the only two customers, and you lost our business. Terrible.
