  • I was on time for my appointment. The stylist was finishing up with someone with super short hair. I was told I will be with you in a minute. No offer of water or coffee. 37 minutes later someone else washed my hair. When I finally got to my stylist my hair was cut, dried and I was checked out in 20 minutes! I guess I was not as important as that other client. And no apologies for being late. I go elsewhere now.
