I jumped in the pool with my two week old iPhone. I went to my service provider and after 40 minutes of waiting and explaining my options, I was left with pay $700 for a new one or $200 for a cheap non-iPhone. The guy was nice enough to send me to Fones Gone Wild.
15 minutes later, I have a cheap flip phone to tide me over until my replacement comes in. He even made the calls to the insurance company to get the new one shipped out. Then told me I could return the cheap flip phone to him for a full refund!
Now THAT is customer service!
