  • I am an out of state homeowner/landlord. I hired these guys to maintain my pool. 3 months later I receive a message from Johnson Pools claiming my pool pump and impeller assembly are leaking. Sounded odd because I just replaced those parts 6 months earlier. I called in a highly rated pool maintenance company I found here on Yelp whom took one look at the pump and told me that I was being scammed - there was nothing wrong with it. I quickly cancelled my service with Johnson. Johnson pools now claims I owe them and are threatening collections. I have no problem fighting them but be aware - they are scammers!
