  • Former member for over seven years, moved out here and planned to continue until I stopped into this location. I wanted to decide on gym locations between Tempe and Scottsdale--they refused me a trial: word for word from the manager: "You don't need a trial, they are all the same... I will not give you a trial." The vibe felt discriminatory because from the start the emotional manager said there is no way for a trial for me. In a way it was a blessing because other gyms were not far away, and the service was night and day.
