  • Never going back! They are unhelpful, rude and unable to follow directions. My bag clearly states boxed; however, they keep giving me my shirts on hangers. Then, they tell me that they are not charging me for boxed shirts....really? I need them boxed for travel, and they better not charge me for something they didn't give me. Also, they lost a shirt of mine, but because there policy is to drop off shirts in a bag and not give a receipt, I have no way of proving it. However, I did count my shirts before I dropped off, so I knew I was short one. They are awful! Find another cleaners!!!!!
