  • Today I had to arrange for a funeral bouquet at The National Cemetery of Arizona. Dealing with Tina at Roadrunner was exactly how customer service should work. She was attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with over the phone. I'm from California. Military cemeteries and their regulations was a first for me. Tina knows her stuff and was able to walk me through the steps. I just know that what they will prepare will convey the dignity and respect that a relative in the armed forces deserves.
