  • Simple signs made difficult and definitely not fast should be the tagline for Store 108. While I have had luck with this establishment in the past for a vinyl sign, I just needed to cancel an order for extremely poor customer service. I needed a sign by a certain date and they were not able to deliver. To make matters worse their manager, Clark, was not willing to find a solution. Ironically, when I asked to speak with the owner of the franchise, I discovered that Clark was the owner. Are you kidding me? He refused to listen to what I had to say and said I had been "tough" on his employee. After I canceled my order, I found 2 other shops that could deliver the routed sign within 1 business day for less money. No doubt this franchise will soon need a sign of its own...Going out of Business!
