  • Background : My mom took their dog/ my dog for a haircut in Las Vegas as they have a second home there. I live in l.a. My dog after the grooming services has cuts all over his privacy and snipe on his back. I call the front desk to discuss the issue and that now he has an abscess on his back now and I may need to take him to the vet . She argued w me saying my parents only send pictures of his cut privacy . Instead of saying we messed up I'm sorry. Just that - we said we'll give a free haircut ! Lady- how would you feel if someone cut your privacy? Would you go back there again for a free chance so they can cut more things? No thanks! ON TOP of all that she promised me her manager would give me a call back that day. 2 days later no call back.. ( editing now because it's three months later and still no call back.. wow) They didn't care that they hurt my dog or cared to give a call back. Shame on this company
