I'm beyond disgusted and upset at how Centurylink has treated me! I've been a Loyal customer for YEARS. I called the store last Tuesday to speak with a rep because my bill was $200 and completely wrong. I spoke with Marybell, and she said my bill very wrong and that she would fix it. I went to work thinking everything was okay, and the problem was resolved! Wrong! I came home to no internet service in my house! I called...after being on the phone for 65 mins they said I had to wait till Friday for their error to be fixed (this happened on Tuesday). On Friday I came home from work to no internet and no damn phone! So now in order to correct my bill, Centurylink has turned off my phones and internet??? I am so upset I don't know what to do! I'm talking with a Cox rep right now, because I'm appalled at how they have wasted my valuable time and made everything worse! Never fixed my problem! Worst experience and I plan on telling everyone about my horrible experience! I hate Centurylink and I wish I had of never done business with them! Thank you Cox for helping me in my time of need!
