I don't like being tricked. That's why Barrio's only getting 3 stars. You sit down, and the waiter takes your drink order and caually asks you if you want some gaucamole. Your natural response is yes, and then you discover when you get the bill that it's almost $11 for that gaucamole -- that can almost double your lunch bill. When the waiter asks, he makes it seem like the free chips and salsa you get at any Mexican restaurant. Sure, I should have known better, but still, I don't like getting duped.
The food is good and the service is good. The lobster quesadilla appetizer was quite good. I do go back because the food and the service is good, just be warned about the guac. Oh, but the guac is really good -- it has pomegranate seeds on top. Yummy!
