  • Had to give one star for my review to be accepted. We visited the Stratosphere and I was looking forward to getting action shots of us on the rides. After riding the Big Shot there was no one in the photo booth. I asked a Stratosphere employee what to do, they told me to ride the elevator down and ask another employee from the photo company to come up and show us our photos. So we did and the employee told me the gal working (Katrina) had just gone back up to the booth and for us to go back up. Which we did and yet again there was no one there. We waited and eventually saw a manager from the stratosphere who told us he would go tell the gal down stairs we were waiting. Which I explained we already had. Eventually the gal came into the booth and never smiled, nor apologized. She was doing the bare minimum to help us. It was a blow to the fun of the rides. And the pictures cost more than the ride themselves!! Ridiculous! Maybe if you had better costumer service I could justify spending $20+ on one photo.
