  • I called for a quote and spoke to a representative named "Neil." He was incredibly rude, he had an accent of some sort and did not speak clearly. When I asked him to repeat what he was saying, he blatantly yelled what he said over the phone. I asked to speak to his manager and he refused to put anyone else on the phone. He then claimed that he was the manager. Completely awful service, I would never trust them with any business.
