  • Sooooooooooooooooooooo sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow. We had a fun time at AMF McRay but there was no sense of urgency to get us to a lane. It took us 10 min to get our shoes with one family of 3 in front of us, and took 10 min to return our shoes and check out. Some people got tired of waiting and left instead of checking out. The place is nice, though. Everything has been updated and has a nice, modern feel. I also like that they were very upfront about charges, $4.60 something for shoes and then depending on the time you are bowling the rate changes. Things can get pricey depending on how many people you have and how many games you bowl. We were out the door for the 2 of us for around $25 but the rate is per person per game so if you have a family of 4 at the prime PM rate, you are paying $18.76 per game. I would suggest planning around the "all you can bowl" times.
