  • Horrible service?Overcharged me and was told 'automatic' renewal of additional NFL package! Call to customer service was told it takes 48-72 hrs for overcharge to be credited back to my credit card. They have no problem auto charging me every month through my credit card!! I'll have to wait 72 hours to manually call in to have my card credited. The second option is for them to credit my Direct TV account. ( I was told...you pay less next month...as if they're giving me a discount)!!! I can't wait for my 2 years contract to be up!! I do hope their top executives will look into a more transparent billing system. This is bother-line scam!
