| - My family had just moved to Nevada, and my parents needed to get rid of their two vehicles. We traded them in, and I drove off the lot with a brand new 2017 Mazda 6 which is my first brand new vehicle. The only thing I was concerned about from day one is the missing front bumper cap which covers where tow trucks would connect their cable. All of a sudden, they called me saying they needed my dad to hurry up and come in and sign a new contract that I didn't even give them approval to run, and I had to sign new papers with a different payment plan, and my father had to co-sign even though my credit is well over 700... talk about AGE DISCRIMINATION. Meanwhile my credit has been getting pounded... it's already dropped 50 points by them running my credit at least three times. They tried blaming the fact that I haven't received the EDRS for 5-6 weeks after purchasing the vehicle on the bank saying, "We don't know what the hold up is." I told them that I just want to get my financing squared away and my EDRS, so I don't have to deal with them anymore. Another update: it's April 19th, and I have yet to receive any financing approval/payment information in the mail. It's not been 7 weeks since I bought the vehicle. They finally finished the EDRS to pick up a week and a half ago. However, they still don't have the cap ready to install. The sad thing is my parents wanted to return to buy their new car in a few months, but that's not going to happen after everything that's gone down. I love Mazda, but definitely not this dealer. Very unorganized.
