  • In 3 years 3 DVR units stopped working .. left msgs on phone and even FB, calling waiting for hours on hold and what not... customer service ain't responding. Shame this day of age company like that operates this way and more than that their products are been sold by Costco which is more amazing how Costco endorse it.
