  • If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 2 burritos through their drive thru and sat there for more than 15 minutes. At that point I went inside to ask what the problem was and the cashier (Clara) told me my food had been ready but they just hadn't gotten it to us. So when they finally gave us our food we asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and she proceeded to tell me that they weren't there and that there are never managers there so I wouldn't be able to talk to anyone. I asked when they would be there in the future so that I could call and she told me they wouldn't ever be there. I asked for her name and the managers name and she gave me 2 different managers names so who knows if she just gave me fake names. Clara was the absolute worst. She was so rude and disrespectful and slammed the drive thru door in my face. I was visiting in town and told my friend that I was with they had to try this restaurant because of how great it was. I always stop by when I'm in town but that will never happen again and I will tell everyone I can find that they should never visit this establishment. I'm very sorry if you ever go there and have to be mistreated by their staff and especially Carla.
