  • This bus line was one of the best. Not anymore.. My mother and nephew were scheduled to travel to California on Saturday at 11:50am they bus was delayed 6 hours because they couldn't find a driver. My 85 year old mother sat there in the most uncomfortable seats and they didn't bother to provide them with water. I called customer service and was routered out to a foreign country that spoke broken english,. had a hard time understanding them. After they transferred me several times.. I asked how much longer did they had to wait.. They had no idea because there was no driver. I finally drove back to the station and asked the manager for a refund.. He proceeded to scream at me very unprofessional I asked him not to scream at me and wanted my money back.. He screamed at me and at other customers there. After 30 minutes of me arguing with him he finally refunded my money. I took my mother and nephew home. I don't understand how a bus line that has been in business for so many years and so well known has these type of issues. Very very bad service... I'm going to file a formal complaint.
