  • Came in today just to look around for some white plates and encountered the rudest sales associate I have ever seen in a very long time. Betty was so rude! First of all she didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there at the register after I said hello and she also acted like I interrupted her while she was putting things away and had to come over to the register to check me out. I've been in the store multiple times and have always been treated very nicely. I plan to continue to come back to the store and if it happens again with Miss Betty who happens to be African-American I plan to speak up and say something to her. I was taught to respect my elders but next time that happens I'm going to say something and just let her know that she's rude and she doesn't even look up at you while she's at the register and doesn't say a word.
