I've been a loyal fan of the competitor, Caesar's properties because they treated me to a lot of free stuff. In my last visit to this casino, I earned enough for 2 free night's stay, so I took advantage of it and broke loyalty to Caesars. For $30 more, I could upgrade me to a balcony, so I figured, why not?
O-M-G. I am such a fan of this place now. Its like, Caesar's Properties, who?
First of all, I was able to check us in via my mobile phone en route to Vegas. I was told my room would be ready, and I could pick up my key between 12:00-4:00.
At 1:30 I went to the Audience Lounge and Michelle greeted me, verified my ID and credit card, and gave me room 2614 in the West Tower. I knew my room wasn't going to be facing the Bellagio, but the room itself was amazing. There was a sitting room, a divided bedroom, a grand bathroom with a sunken spa tub, a huge shower, dual vanity sinks, and lots of storage and chair space. I also didn't have to worry about outlets, as there were plenty of plugs and USB outlets.
They provided plenty of toiletries by CC Bigelow, from mouthwash, lotion, soap, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, and cotton balls/ qtips.
The balcony was also great. A real balcony, too! Unfortunately being 100degree plus outside, we didn't take advantage of it, but it was still a nice view to have.
Overall, a great hotel. 5 stars, and the staff was excellent. They treated me like my business was wanted, unlike Paris who treated me like my $20,000 point level was crap.
Worth every penny, including the $30 resort fee.
