*Update*
We just got our vehicle back and everything has been fixed at no cost to us. The mirror is working as well the blindspot detection. They buffed and clear coated the sensor and mirror so it looks like it was never hit. Vehicle was washed and detailed. The assured us this is not the way they usually do business and the manager said he had never seen anything like this happen before. After reading other customers reviews however, I don't believe that for a second. So if Geico tries sending you to Jim Marsh Body Shop, ask for another shop or be diligent and keep a close eye on the work they provide.
