rev:text	My lease includes a flat rate for ALL utilities. In the middle of my lease, Boca sent me a bill for "utilities"....along with all the other renters. The leasing office said "Some of the terms of the lease have been changed." HOW IS THAT LEGAL?! Luckily my lease is up in a month and I will never be coming back here ever again. I would never recommend this place for anyone unless you are okay with getting ripped off.
