  • Called for an oil change on a Thursday night and they were easily able to accommodate me for a Friday appointment. I only went in for an oil change (they have a special now for $19.95). They called and told me I needed my transmission fluid changed too and that it would be $200. I called 3 other places and all of them were quite a bit cheaper (ranging from $20 - $80 less). When I went to pick up my car they showed me a picture of what they claimed my transmission fluid looked like and what it should look like. Considering they were so much more expensive than every where else I called I really can't say I believe that was my actual fluid they showed me. Seemed more like a scare tactic to make you think your car is near death. Needless to say - I was happy I could get an oil change with hardly any notice, but not so happy they were so much more expensive than other competitors for a basic service.
