  • I went to a Dutch bros in Phoenix this morning on my way to an appointment in Gilbert and they gave me the wrong order. I was seriously devastated to not have coffee like I'd ordered but didn't have time to go back. After my appointment I stopped at this location and explained what happened. They were super friendly and switched the drink for me at no charge. Thank you!! Got my coffee and feeling much better
