  • I really hate giving a low review because the people are so nice but the results force me to. I brought my Maltese into here for the full Gold grooming package. The we very friendly and it was well priced. The problem is once we got her back. She wa cut much shorter than we wanted, which isn't that big of a deal. The problem began that night when she started scratching and gnawing on herself. We stayed up most of the night just trying to keep her from itching herself. The next day we checked her skin and she had blood red pores on her hairs and she wouldn't stop scratching. We washed her and put prescription strength allergy spay on her. We spent the rest of the day holding her down to keep her from scratching herself raw. The shampoo they sell at the front counter is the same we use at home, I don't know if they use the same kind of if it was the perfume but it was honestly a miserable experience.
