Technically 0 stars for this company. I've had prism plus their internet for approximately 2 years. I cancelled the prism portion so I can have service with DirectTV. The lady I spoke to said that I would need a tech to come out and give me new equipment because the equipment I had was specifically for the prism. She then explained to me that I will be charged on my next bill for 59 dollars for the tech. I asked her if I could just self install. She said no unfortunately not. So we scheduled a time and a date for the tech to come out. I took off half a days work to accommodate my appointment time. The tech never showed up. I called in and spoke with a customer service rep who said that according to my account, the service order had been completed. At this point I was pretty pissed off. I explained to him that that isn't possible and he explained to me that someone must have decided that my equipment was adequate. So I asked him if the 59 dollar fee will be removed considering no one came and he said it would be. We shall see about that because their billing is a joke. He then transferred to the internet dept to help me understand what was going on. The tech looked at my account and said "wow what a mess". That's pretty sad coming from their own employee. Anyways, they shouldn't be in business. No one in that company knows what they are doing. Even if they write information on the account, I don't think anyone reads the notes. Please run as fast as you can in the other direction If you are thinking about using this company. This was only 1 of two handles fulls at least of problems that I have had with this company. RUN.
