  • This review is for the front office staff not for the doctors. The front office is horrible. They need customer service training. They are rude and dismissive. I put in multiple requests for my records and they said they never received them so my other doctor never got my records. They scheduled me for an appointment that required bloodwork, they made the appt for 3:45 pm. I was sent in to the see doctor and when I was done I was sent back to the waiting room for bloodwork. I waited for about 10 mins and was called up front to be told that the lab leaves at 4pm and I needed to come back. No apologies for the inconveniece or anything. All I got was attitude. It is also difficult to reach your doctor if you have a question because you have to go through office staff. The office is nice, clean, and modern. The doctors are nice, professional, and knowledgable. The office staff however is another story and unfortunately they are the gatekeepers to the doctor.
