  • As a first time home buyer, nothing was more important to my husband and I than working with someone who was going to be patient, transparent, honest and a guide on this new journey. Steven James was that person and more! Not only does Steven's impeccable work ethic come through in every phone call, email, text, in person meeting, etc. with his quick response times and patience with the many questions first time buyers may have, but he also made us feel very comfortable and confident with the process. Steven made us feel like we were the only clients he was working with, although a glance at his Instagram I could see that was not the case, yet we never felt like we were just a "sale" he was trying to make. Steven's ability to go above and beyond landed us with our dream home. Initially our home was under contract with another buyer yet Steven knew, as an experienced realtor, that some deals can fall through. He took his time to still develop a relationship with the selling team because he knew how much we loved the home. When the deal ultimately fell through, they contact him immediately due to the relationship building he established and maintained throughout the process. If it were not for Steven and his dedication to us as his clients, we would not be living in our dream home. Although we have said it a million times, THANK YOU Steven for making this what can be a hectic journey very much enjoyable!
