  • This place has such nerve that I got an email days after I posted this review: "My manager brought this to my attention..." This was followed by a long, insulting, inaccurate email trying to justify his actions and/or say I was wrong. He concluded with: "Perhaps you have reason to bash me and my company but your overall experience was not that bad - mortgages are intrinsically difficult in 2012 and I'm sorry you were not aware of that. " Can you believe this??? Yet again, another condescending comment...of course I'm aware of how difficult mortgages are, and my experience with his company was HORRIBLE. If they think my experience "wasn't that bad", I pity the folks who do have really bad experiences with FFSI!! Again - stay away!
