  • I met Cecil at a recent home show and signed their platinum membership agreement which included a free inspection of my air-conditioning unit. Cecil just left, after spending an hour and a half looking at my unit, talking to me about my options, and explaining them in the detail I needed to know. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. I won't hesitate to bring him back to my homefor any air-conditioning needs I have.
