Expect to wait in line if you want to dine in there. The take out is pretty fast. The service is slow. I feel that we were ignored for a long time after seated. Even though I ordered multigrain bagel, I was given whole wheat. When I questioned that I didn't order whole wheat, they just simply say whole wheat is multigrain. If that is the case, why on the menu there're options for whole wheat and options for multigrain?! Service is totally 1 star.
Food wise, I think it's ok. The traditional one is the most popular with cream cheese, salmon, capers, and tomatoes in the middle. The combination is pretty good. The bagel itself is better than the ones usually sold outside. But is it good enough to worth the wait and endure bad service? NO.
