  • New Management has taken what used to be a 4 star hotel and ruined it. Understaffed. Dirty rooms. Shuttle that rarely is running on time. Elevator not working. So sad to see the change in just a few months with new management. It used to be our go to hotel for Pittsburgh trips but no more.
