  • I am very pleased! my carpet shampooer stopped squirting as the heater coil was clogged. When I arrived I received immediate & friendly greetings from the staff. I was given a quote for the repair which I thought was very reasonable. I was called the following day by the technician stating my shampooer was repaired and ready for pick up. When I arrived, I received the same friendly greetings and talked to the technician who described what she had done and gave me some suggestions on how to prevent the problem in the future. In all, I found the service quick, friendly and reasonably priced and would be happy to refer them to my friends! Ohh, did I mention my machine was so clean it looked like new? Happy happy customer!
