  • Do not rent from Aida Markarian of Elite Realty at 8608 Blackhawk Ranch Street Las Vegas, NV 89123. Was a tenant and real estate client. Worst experience I've ever had to go through with the landlord and a brokerage. Landlord did not disclose that there was no air conditioning in the home at lease signing did not rekey the locks from the last tenant discriminated against me for being a small business owner and demanded that I pay rent upfront even though I qualified for the rental. Accused me of having pets when I did not. Tried to force me out of the lease numerous times due to not wanting to install air conditioner. Lives and works close to rental property and continually drove by the rental while I lived there. Privacy was non existent. Aida Markarian is narcissistic disrespectful, condescending, rude and unprofessional and very discriminatory against female business owners. Refuse to let me renew the lease kicked me out of her home after I paid for rent up front for the entire year with absolutely no justified reason just to I put the home back up on the rental market for the exact same price the day after I moved out.
