  • I eat here fairly often, and usually the food and service are ok. When the service is bad, though, it's REALLY bad! Tonight I waited well over a half hour for a refill of my coffee, and only got it when I got really angry and complained vigorously. (Politely, but they knew I was mad.) Usually when I see service this bad here they soon close for a while then reopen under new management.
