  • I had bought a tire and tube and after I tried mounting them the tire blew out; the side bead had torn apart and disconnected ruining the tire and the tube. when I took it back and showed them, a young man said too bad! they do not do warranty exchanges. I said not only did it scare me but it is obviously a defect hurt my hearing. He couldn't have cared less.
