  • I came in to the store yesterday frustrated with my untrained just adopted pup looking for a crate.. I walk around looking for help and find myself with an employee Flor. She made it a great experience my puppy was nervous in the store she made him feel comfy. I was so unsure wether to get a crate or kennel she explained the benefit of both compared prices and sizes for me.. I had a lot of questions about training, showers and just overall 411 and she answered them all.. I'm sure she spent at least 30 min helping me out not once did I feel rushed and it was close to closing time.. She showed me around for things that would benefit my pup gave me great tips.. In the end I went with a crate! Without me asking she pick up the crate and took it to the register she even offered to take it to my car!! She has great customer service and I hope she is there every time I go! She's awesome. Also as I was walking out the security offered help as well very friendly staff! P.s. Her service was so great I created this yelp just to give her credit. Thanks for your help Flor :)
