Kevin and his wife are awesome and both fantastic nail techs. The owner of the salon, Kristine, asked that myself and another customer pay early because she wanted to close her register early (it was about 6:25 and they close at 7). During this process I still had my dip nails soaking off by acetone wrapped in foil around my finger tips and had to try to get my wallet and debit card out of my wallet. In doing so the acetone leaked out of the foil all over my designer wallet, ruining the leather on my wallet. This was wallet is about 120$ retail and was gifted to me by one of my students families and had sentimental value. Kristine did nothing for me but "wipe" it off even though we all know acetone burns through materials and ruins them. My wallet is ruined and I'm super bummed about it. The least she could of done was offered to cover my services. I was excited that I found a salon that was super clean, close to home, and the nail techs are amazing at what they do, but unfortunately this experience left a bad taste in my mouth and cost me a sentimental object to be destroyed.
