  • I feel like Uni is one of the best kept secret sushi spots in Surprise. It's almost never busy, which is surprising because the food is to die for! We're lucky to have Ginny as our server 90% of the time. She's always fast, efficient, and friendly. And did I mention the food is to die for? Plus they have a killer happy hour.
