I wanted to buy a specific type of shoe (for pronation) my podiatrist recommended but the salesman wouldn't help me unless I ran on the treadmill (which costs $20 and you can put the money towards a new shoe) for "diagnostic" purposes. Pretty annoying considering my doctor already diagnosed my gait and told me which type of shoe to buy. After i tried to explain to the salesman I didn't want to have him film me on the treadmill because my doctor already told me what to get he told me I might as well go online to Zappos and guess which shoe will fit. After that I went to Red Rock Running Company and they helped me right away and were very knowledgeable.
In response to you calling me a liar for going to red rock, they close at 6 and I left your store around 5:15 (THANK GOODNESS). Such a creepy car salesman vibe.
