  • I had bought an Ecobee thermostat at Best Buy and hired the Geek squad to do an install. Since my house is a little older the switch which is located in the attic had to be turned off he had suggested for me to call an HVAC company. I got on it right away. ACLV was the second one on the list of companies. (Personally I think they should be at the top). Pam the office manager had somehow convinced me to make an appointment by telling me it would be easier to make an appointment than it would be to cancel. And to just give them a call back to cancel if I didn't find the right place. After calling a few more places I decided that this was the go to company. Not just because the great quote and final price but because of the great customer service over the phone. The tech Corey had came out and knew exactly what he was talking about. Very knowledgeable. Very professional from beginning to the end. Thank you. Now my family can enjoy the heat during the winter and keep cool during the summer.
